Our Mission
At The Financial Literacy Project, we are on a mission to empower the next generation with essential financial knowledge. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn about personal finance from an early age. That's why we have developed a comprehensive K-5 curriculum, aligned to the Personal Financial Literacy TEKS, that is created by teachers for teachers. Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics including budgeting, saving, investing, and entrepreneurship. By equipping students with these skills, we aim to prepare them for a financially secure future.
We've been doing this work...
For nearly a decade we have been doing guest presentations in Texas schools but now we're formally developing a curriculum to amplify our impact.
